Lady Echelon Project, Inc. (L.E.P) a nonprofit organization focusing on making a difference in the lives of youth. L.E.P offers workshops for youth ages 8-24yrs old. The workshops are designed to develop Young-In-Risk-Youth into a successful individual, that are academic achievers, socially graceful and fully active participants in their communities.

From educational services, on the job training, paid internships social etiquette, multi-cultural experiences along with health and wellness. Our youth will have the tools to become Community Leaders, Entrepreneurs , Tech Savvy & future mentors.
Our aspirations for LEP are ever-growing as we want to be able to support youth from a multitude of backgrounds.
Here are some projects we hope to implement in the near future:
We want to sustain and expand our year-round youth after school programs and camps, with a focus on empowering underrepresented youth in Vallejo, Richmond and Oakland California.
Our aim is to provide them with the tools and resources needed to succeed in life and stay drug-free. Our proposed activities include various programs aimed at supporting the youth, such as: Healthy Lifestyle and Substance Use Prevention.
We want to give our community the tools to live a healthy lifestyle:
We will distribute fresh food to youth and families in need and provide nutrition classes, led by a registered nurse .We will also offer health, wellness classes and community gardening. Access to mental health services will be provided.

LEP, Inc is proud to announce our Youth Wall Street Entrepreneur program.
Youth Wall Street Entrepreneur Program: Will provide entrepreneurship training and mentorship to youth, empowering them to start and sustain their own businesses. At the end the participants will showcase their merchandise or services at our “Youth Wall Street Marketplace”

Lady Echelon Project is excited to be partnering with the Mare Island Rowing Association to offer the opportunity for children 12+ to get out on the water and learn the sport of rowing .
